Hey people out there, as we know everyone is stuck in BUSY SCHEDULE frustrated. So here I got you a really easy method of making a Super Delicious CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE CAKE, which you can make at your home and enjoy.

The best part about this recipe is we don’t need EEG,  and OVEN. “Yes ! NO OVEN”.


  • 1 cup milk(room temperature)
  • 1 cup of sugar powder
  • 1/2  cup oil
  • 1 tsp Vinegar(optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1  and 1/2 cup purpose flour(maida)
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Chopped dark chocolate



There are 6 following steps to make the tasty cake at home.

Step 1

  • Take 250 grams of chopped dark chocolate(2 cups) ,
  • Add 150 grams of fresh cream(1 cup)
  • 1/2 tsp butter


  • Mix the paste properly and then leave it for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes stir well. At last our ganache is ready.
  • Cool ganache for 10 minutes

Step 2

  • Grease cake tin (it should be 6-7 inch ).
  • Put baking paper inside the tin.

Step 3

Take a bowl and add

  • 1 cup of milk(room temperature)
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tpsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence ,keep aside for 5 minutes ,after 5 minutes mix them properlyMAKE CAKE AT HOME in lockdown



Step 4


  • 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida).
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda , then sieve it and mix it, until no lumps is left
  • Add 2 tsp milk (for adjusting consistency)
  • Now our cake batter is ready

Step 5

  • Pour the batter in cake tin and tap it.
  • Preheat the pan for 10 minutes on medium flame.
  • After 10 minutes put the cake into the tin.
  • Bake it for 50-55 minutes on low flame.
  • Then check with pin.
  • After cool demould the cake.

Step 6

  • Trim the sponge from the top.
  • Cut into 3 layers.
  • Assemble the cake , spread sugar syrup on it, then spread ganache repeat this process on all layers.
  • Cover it with ganache.
  • Then keep it into the fridge for 20-25 minutes.
  • At last our cake is ready we can decorate it with the help of fruits  or piping drip of chocolates.
